What is Secretome ?
All the soluble factors (proteins, enzymes, anti-inflammatory cytokines, chemokines, immunomodulatory molecules, growth factors) and exosomes secreted by Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are commonly known as Secretome. MSCs secretome has a key role in cell-tocell communication and has been proven to be an active mediator of immune-modulation, regeneration, rejuvenation and tissue repair. Secretome is an acellular product has key advantages over cell-based therapies, such as a lower immunogenicity and antigenicity

What are Exosomes ?
Exosomes are 30-150 nm small membrane vesicles expresses CD63, CD81 and CD9 markers, contains mi-RNA, Ln-RNA, and proteins involved in cell to cell communications, antiinflammatory, anti-fibrotic, anti-ageing, tissue remodeling, regeneration.

Exosomes Are Not Small Cells

  • Does not contain Mitochondria
  • Does not contain Golgi Apparatus
  • ~1/1,000 the size of a cell, cross blood brain barrier
Direct cell to cell communication, Drug delivery

What is the source of Secretome?
Secretome is derived from Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) of Umbilical cord, Adipose tissue and Peripheral Blood/ bone marrow ethically and hygienically sourced from healthy donors after thorough testing.

How is our product different?
Our proprietary 3D technology, source specific MSCs (umbilical cord, fat, bone marrow, cord blood and dental pulp) and Novel cell culture procedures differentiate into various mesodermal, ectodermal and endodermal lineages and modulate MSCs to alter their Secretome composition to better suit specific therapeutic indications.

Safety of Secretome?
Secretome products are considered to be safe, exosomes are cell-free and hypo-immunogenic due to the lack of MHC-II surface markers and low expression of MHC-I (when compared to their parent’s cells). Various clinical trials (https://stemcellres.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13287-023-03287-7/tables/2), in-vivo and in vitro studies have exhibited the safety, efficacy, and therapeutic potentiality of exosomes in various cancers, neurodegenerative, cardiovascular, and orthopedic diseases.

Clinical Applications of Secretome?

  • Most of the degenerative, vascular, metabolic, autoimmune and skin diseases can be treated using Secretome therapy.

  • Exosomes releases mRNA, mi-RNA, Ln-RNA, and proteins in to recipient cells and regulate methylation and gene expression.

  • They can mediate cell–cell communication and are crucial in many processes including immune signaling, hormones, angiogenesis, stress response, senescence, proliferation, and cell differentiation.

  • EV’s are involved in restoring tissue and organ damage and may partially explain the paracrine effects observed in stem cell- based therapeutic approaches. The function and content of EV’s may also harbor information that can be used in tissue engineering, in which paracrine signaling is employed to modulate cell recruitment, differentiation, and proliferation.
